   The most important thing to me is my Hello Kitty stuffed animal. 　   This stuffed animal isn't one-of-a-kind or anything special. It's just a very cute stuffed animal wearing a pink dress and a ribbon. It's not heavy and I think it's about 15 centimeters tall.However, when I started keeping a dog, my dog played with Hello Kitty's eyes and nose and damaged them.      I found this stuffed animal during a trip to Tokyo when I was in the lower grades of elementary school. It was the first thing I ever bought with my own money. I think it cost around 3,000 yen. That was a lot of money for me back then. But I fell in love with that Hello Kitty stuffed animal at first sight and just had to buy it.Mom said, "Are you really going to buy it? I'm not paying for it. Buy it with your own money."Even so, I said, "I'll buy it!!" and got that kid.  I felt like I was on top of the world at that moment.    Back then, I believed in Toy Story, so I would ...

   I  haven't posted on my blog at all since winter break, lol. I thought it had become a habit, but nope, not at all, lol. Today's the last day, so I'm rushing to submit this at the last minute. So many reports, it's tough! I have to finish by January 30th!! Everyone, be careful in the snow and let's do our best not to lose any credits!

  Winter break was all about working part-time jobs!! Also watched HUNTER×HUNTER!! It was super duper fun!! I went to my grandma's house too, played card games with my cousin, and relaxed watching the Hakone Ekiden relay race. Runner Kuroda was just insane. Having a dinner party with the neighbors was fun too!! Laughed my head off when I randomly ran into them at the same restaurant two days later lol.  Saturday was a holiday, but I had a makeup art class during first period! Plus, I had the important task of driving my friends to and from class!! It was super scary. But art class was really fun—I drew pictures and carved an eraser with a sculpting knife! I was exhausted from my part-time job in the afternoon lol.   By the way, I plan to carve Hello Kitty into an eraser stamp.

 December 12th was my dog's birthday! But I had class first period at university and went straight to my part-time job afterward, so I couldn't spend much time with my dog that day. The next day I had work both morning and afternoon shifts, but I squeezed in about an hour to play with him using his birthday present toy!! I hope he stays healthy from now on.

  What surprised me most about Professor Emba's presentation was how different her past was from mine. She was born to a young mother, moved to America during her childhood, and now has a stepfather—she has a very diverse background. Yet, through those experiences, she now chooses to help others by volunteering and presenting to us as a teacher. I thought that was really cool.  Also, it was interesting that in Kenya, the greeting is "JAMBO!" I was surprised to learn Kenya has 1.5 times the land area of Japan, yet Japan's population is more than double Kenya's.  Among Mr. Emba's questions, "Have you ever felt fear when helping a friend?" struck me as a profound one. Personally, I think I could probably help with most things, but if I thought I might get hurt myself, I'd hesitate to help even if I wanted to.  I haven't decided on a specific career path yet. However, I want a job where I can interact with people and be of service. Hearing ...
