Test!!

 This Wednesday was my political science exam. Since I wouldn't get the questions until 2:45 PM, I went to karaoke with friends after the second class to kill time and started the exam at 2:45. But I couldn't concentrate at all during karaoke, so I cut it short early and ended up finishing the report at home lol. I struggled to polish the report and spent about three or four hours thinking it over. It turned out to be a day of intense focus for the first time in ages!!



 After finishing submitting the report, I felt like this.

I read the book!

   I read a book for the first time in ages since becoming a college student. The book I read was Yuu Nagira's "Wandering Moon." It was a book I got when swapping books with a friend before summer break, and I finally got around to reading it. It was a fascinating book that conveyed feelings and thoughts that are hard to put into words!   If you have any book recommendations, please let me know! Also, swapping books with friends is great because you get to read genres you wouldn't normally pick up!！

Professor Frank's Lecture

  After listening to Professor Frank's presentation, I learned that making sake is incredibly demanding. I was particularly struck by how labor-intensive and delicate the process is, especially when I heard that "you have to get up every few hours at night" and that "making sake is like raising a baby." I was also deeply moved when I heard that a single one-liter bottle contains history, culture, technology, knowledge, economics, the characteristics of its region, and humanity.    Our group's featured restaurant also offers products made with local sake, so we plan to incorporate the knowledge we learned from Professor Frank into our presentation.    Despite being a foreign professor, he lives in an old Japanese house, enjoys fermented foods, loves Japanese sake, and actually brews and sells sake with his students at the university.
